Last 2 and 3 July, Sammy Free had a notable presence at the Fórum Nacional de Seguros held in Porto, Portugal. This event, one of the most important for professionals in the insurance sector, was an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and strengthen networks of contacts.
Sammy Free, as a wholesale broker specialising in surety bonds in 30 European countries, took an active part in the event. The Sammy Free team was represented by Tasso Paes Franco Filho, Luiz Arthur Blisa de Paula Ferreira and Lucas Pereira Durand da Silva, who played a crucial role in the success of our participation. We would especially like to thank them for their hard work and dedication.
The event featured a full and varied programme, packed with conferences, round tables and networking opportunities. Sammy Free made two contributions at the Fórum. The first talk took place on the opening day from 16:15 to 16:30, under the name “Momento Sammy”: the entire Sammy Free team took part, explaining the applications of the surety bond that are still often unknown to companies, highlighting the advantages over the bank guarantee. The next day, from 12:15 to 13:00, we took part in a round table on “The next steps for credit and surety insurance”, where Lucas Pereira Durand da Silva, Territorial Manager for Portugal at Sammy Free, was one of the participants alongside leading figures in the sector.
