Madrid's Fifth Tower is 181 metres tall. The guarantee that made it possible, we managed it.
The Caleido Tower needs no introduction. 181 metres, 36 floors, and a place on the Madrid skyline alongside the Cuatro Torres. What few people know is that before the first stone was laid, the proper fulfilment of the contract for the transfer of the surface right over the public land where it would be built had to be guaranteed before the City Council.
Without that guarantee, there is no concession. Without a concession, there is no tower.
The developer needed a solid instrument, issued quickly and perfectly tailored to the requirements of Madrid's municipal administration. We managed it in June 2019, with the precision that a contract of this visibility demands.
Today, on that plot where Real Madrid used to train, IE University, Quirónsalud, gastronomic spaces and green areas coexist. A project that integrates education, health and city in a single building.
And at the origin of it all, a well-made guarantee.
